Closeries des Alisiers

Petit Chablis

Burgundy :: France


Son of a Chablis winemaker, Stéphane Brocard settled in 2007 in Marsannay (south Dijon) founding the Closerie des Alisiers. In addition to his work in his own vines in Pommard and in the old wine village of Daix, he has been working for years with the same viticultors, and on the same plots for the wines he sources according to his philosophy: purity, fruit, and freshness. Genuine wines, produced respecting terroirs and environment. His objective: highlighting terroirs through the grape variety.

Grape varieties::



The grapes are harvested by hand at peak maturity and pressed directly. To preserve fruit and freshness, this wine is fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks.


Bottling occurs only after 12 months of ageing, in order to allow the full expression of fruit and the Chablis terroir.


Pale gold in color with greenish highlights.


Bouquet of white flowers (acacia) and citrus (grapefruit, lemon) with mineral notes.


On the palate, fruit and freshness dominate, with a light and lively character. Acidity is well-balanced with a pleasant roundness and a hint of saltiness.

Food pairing::

Excellent as an apéritif or a perfect match for a variety of fish and shellfish (oysters, sushi, prawns, fried river fish or grilled sardines). Also pairs deliciously with summer salads, egg dishes, tripe sausage and snails. Recommended with cheeses such as goat cheese, gouda or gruyere.
Serving temperature : 9 – 11°C.
