In 2007, UG Bordeaux joined the Caves of Sauveterre de Guyenne, Saint-Pey-Génissac and Blasimon. Today 250 co-operators combine their savoir-faire to produce red, rosé and white wines as well as Crémants de Bordeaux sparkling wines using state-of-the-art wine-making equipment. From vineyard to bottle, quality, traceability and commitment to environmental protection are priorities.
90% Sémillon, 10% Cabernet Franc.
Hand-harvested grapes are carried to the pneumatic press using small openwork grape boxes. Each stage of the vinification process is designed to limit oxidation so that flavours remain pure and fresh. Méthode traditionnelle.
