The Robin family has been producing Chablis since 1836.
Today, the house of Louis Robin is managed by the Thierry brothers; Didier and Robin, 8th generation winemakers.
The vineyards are located on both sides of the Serein in Chichée & Chablis on close to 30 hectares on the southern slopes of the valley. Great consideration to the terroir and environment is given using the principles of lutte-raisonee, (literally “reasoned fight”) whereby winemakers pledge to exercise responsible practices in winemaking.
Vinification and ageing takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
The complete range of wine production includes; Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis vieilles vignes and Chablis Premier Cru including Montmain, Vaucoupin and Vosgros.
