The Cornins use only biodynamic farming methods, each of their vineyards produces a classic expression of its particular terroir. All the wines are fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and the single-vineyard wines are aged in used oak barrels (demi-muids). Cornin wines are full-bodied, rich and succulent, yet with a distinctively vibrant and elegant quality. The family roots in the region go back a long way. Les Chevrières is the site of the same plot Dominique’s father planted over 50 years ago. The Clos Reyssié vineyard is where his grandfather planted vines in 1938. And the 100-year-old parcel in Les Serreudières goes even futher back in the Cornin family’s links to Mâcon.
