Astobiza Estates are based in the locality of Alavesa de Okondo (Basque country, North of Spain). They own 10 hectares of indigenous grapes varieties of Ondarrabi zuri and Gros Manseng. The vineyards are located at 300 meters above sea level and between mountains which protect them from the humid fog and the icy winter.

They specialize in Txakoli wines and have made their mission to reflect in them the environment and the climate, together with the character of their native grapes. They produce a dry, fruity txakoli, with color and aroma in a fresh and playful packaging.

All their vines are hand harvested with a low production of 4.000 to 6.000 kg per hectares.
